too warm in winter!! heater help please!

Hi and good evening, ben a while since I have been here due to work commitments!
My 2001 Vogue has decided to play up again.....
book simbol is showing on the heater unit and the blower is running constantly as it cannot be turne off now, also the auto function has stopped working, any one have any ideas please??

oh..maybe I should have mentioned... the temperature is still fully adjustable, but the fan wont turn off at all

sounds like the rotary dial is faulty, you could try swapping it out with a known good unit,

where abouts are you?, i have a spare, if yer close your welcome to try it!
