yes mate, it does.

i just hope that tom takes heed of his sentence and considers investing in making the place legal, or some of it at least.

would be a shame for it to go to waste - and charging something like 40 quid for a huge, legal, safe weekends offroading would no doubt be very popular.

but who knows.

cheers

The problem is, the place will always be 'haunted' by the previous events and ellicit off roading. The guy's a farmer, who tried to diversify, but apparently he wasn't that great a farmer either (RSPCA or something got involved, because of animal welfare issues). So maybe he'll just sell up, or sell/rent all but the farmhouse, and gracefully retire.

There's plenty of sheep farms in mid wales, and plenty of opportunity for farmers to diversify into off roading. There's a reason why all but a handful, don't.

Yup, true say Paul.

Apart fr the fact that it must cost squillions to set up an off road site these days, it probably just ain't worth it!

I'd still be happy to pay my 40 quid though, maybe someone will invest.

Cheers :)
