Timming belt

Hi

Changed the timming belt on the 2.5 landy diesel engine also changed the crank seal ,before I put all the gubbings back together, I thought I would crank her up.....

The engine turned very slow.....

before I changed the belt, I turned the bottom crank to get a idea of what it felt like ,it feels the same now..

Put the jump leads on and still slow....

Maybe it is just the battery is flat?

or somethink more sinister....

After putting the belt on correctly...

we dint wanna say "have you put the belt on properly?" cos that would make you look stupid if correct and we dint do that kinda thing here

i was gonna suggest that you realign the cambelt/gears properly. but no one is that stupid.

I only got the diesel pump one notch out....

What`s a notch between friends?....

It was getting dark....
