Timing Belt Intervals ?

Can anyone tell me what the mileage intervals are for changing the timing belt on the 2 litre diesel freelander , not the TD4 the earlier one
 
I would guess at 60k as I was told by my mechanic that it was due at 120k.. I have only owned the freebie from 88K so not sure when it was last change but if it's been changed once then 60k so there is logic to my theory although it might be wrong but if it is I'm sure someone will let me know in the very near future
