Timing Belt Change!

I need to change the timing belt on my 1989 landrover 90 2.5td (19j). I have tried to search for a step by step guide on how to do it but i can't seem to find one does anyone know where i can find one? Preferably with lots of pictures so i can make sure i do each stage correctly!

If you require that much help it may NOT be a good ideal to do it yourself!
You will need a powerful air gun to un-do the bottom pulley, you should try this before you carry on.
