Hi my trusty Old Disco 2, failed the MOT this year on the rear chassis + other stuff I was thinking of scraping her, until I saw she was first registered on the same day as my birthday 31 Dec in 1999, well I just had to repair her, she has just hit 150,150 miles, that's 7584 day works out at 19.78 miles a day and I still enjoy driving her

Chassis rust is NOT the end of the world. I had mine welded up this year £200 and he'd have replaced the rear 1/3rd for £700. so good decision.
If you had scrapped it and it was auto I would have been biting your hand off for the box! Especially as you are just down the road from me! Your mileage is quite low, our 2000 model has done about 165k!
So well done!
Stan!:):):):):)

Just noticed you are a retired fab welder. so wondering if you did your own welding repairs to it?!;)
I'm not a fab welder, I'm a cr@p welder but still do it when I can/have the time!
