Disco 4 (LR4) Throttle body removal

I’m losing turbo pressure and after assuming it was one of my inlet manifold it looks like the problem is actually my throttle body. Is it possible to remove the throttle body without disturbing manifolds etc ? Just the Y piece looks like it would be tricky to get out of ends of manifolds ….anyone done this and if so any tips ?
