Thinks me ep90's buggered!

Hi chaps.Yesterday whilst putting on me extended axel breathers I had two things happen.First I had the idea to look at me diff oil.Its gone a bit grey and thick.That means waters got in right?Secondly I was checking me Uj's for play and the rear prop moved as a whole where it enters the rear diff and as I lifted it it made a "air rushing in/out noise".this cant be good either?Opinions please!
