thinking of rebuilding my engine

i have a landrover 90 2.5 na, it has few oil leaks ect as most land rovers do, so iam thinking of rebuilding then engine cleaning it all up and making it look that bit better, but was wondering if any1 nos of a good manual for rebuilding this engine, and once all striped how do i get the timing am cam and crank all timed and lined back up ?, as this will be the 1st big piece of engine rebuilding i have done, so not sure about getting it all timed back up once head been took off, any help tips would be most great full,
as i want to keep the 2.5 na as it just rebuild and clean all up

i presume your getting it rebored,timing is easy using a pin in the flywheel housing ,cam aligned by marks as is pump pulley ,removing head dosent invole disturbing timing as its a pushrod engine not overhead cam,lr workshop manual has all the info
