Would it be possible for the provisionals to declare their intentions so we can maybe bump up the definites from the reserve list and then I can then sort the hotel.

Is there a firm date/hotel contact number and definitely going ahead, If we can have a reply in one post then I can confirm if myself and possibly partner and daughter coming.

Date is 23rd/24th November 2013. As soon as I have as close to 11 confirmed I'll contact hotel with numbers and room availability.

As soon as I have that I will post here with a reference to quote so you can then book your rooms at the rate I've negotiated and pay deposits.

Can we have a location and hotel costs please as well.

Just I have other commitments and childcare for our youngest-I can then give a firm answer
