I need a new zorst for my P38, the centre box has given up an the MoT man will be castin his beady eye over it soon. I want to go stainless but with a nice sound that doesn't make day to day use require ear plugs. I want to hear the burble but not go deff!!


I have seen Janspeed Cat back and also Double S exhausts for sale at similar prices. Can anyone recommend or NOT these systems, based on how they are to live with. Tis a lot of brass to fork out for something that may not be right.

Not used those before so can't help I am afraid. I would say though that the Rimmer Bros stainless exhausts are a waste of time. A lot of money for something that is "stainless" yet the stainless part doesn't last very long at all!

Hi.have a look at Borla Performance Industries - Borla - The World's Most Winning Exhaust and if your interested ring USAutomotive in Bedford-1234 273155.I have fitted one on my D2 auto. in Norway we have lower speed limits,which the auto box gets a bit frustrated with.Borla say their cat-back exhaust improves the perfm.ha ha thinks me--but it does ,it will change up to 4th at lower speeds& does not chop&change so much on a nasty long incline,which I drive every day how does it sound??? --- SOLID

mine doesnt sound anything like all these!! thats prolly cos it's ferked!!

i will post the sound WHEN i eventually get it up and running, its got the standard exhaust so its a good indicator for all you lot who want the original sound!

illsee if i can get a bit of noise off me old girls exhaust too.
