Think was hopeful on the colour match but I am sure you can be persuaded on the colour change, unless of course you suddenly become a fan of beans on toast lol  :)

Still no joy finding a decent 16g metal shear but wonder if that nibbler will run better on the new airline set up?

started the welding tonight.
Only a small patch, but its going in the right direction :)
Also swapped the dash fixings for stainless ones and started rubbing down the windscreen surround.
re-aligned the A pillar, so we know its in the correct position.

Next job get the sill to body mounts.

The best thing is, I didn't set myself on fire tonight, thank heaven for small mercies :)

Needs ground back a little but it's solid and well hidden behind the trim and wiring harness.

Did some measuring to ensure we get the door post lined up square.

Scribbled on the floor so I didn't spend an hour looking for a bit of paper I've gone an lost lol.

We've got a long way to go but this is progress, two week break as MHM goes on spa break for a mud pack while downing a six pack. :D

I did offer you ppe equipment, but you declined :p
Package will have to go out Monday as all POs are shut

What do you think of opening up the A post hole to enable a wax oil probe to be pushed in?

I've got a nice step drill that would open up one of those smaller holes to let a small wand in and up that post.

We'll get the body mounts on the sill next and marry that up to the floor then we can get those post feet welded on :)
