The best GPS system for laning??

Getting fed up with maps and maps all over the landy, can anyone help with ideas on the best way forward with GPS ?

I aint used it yet this weekend will be the first time but everyone who has a simlar setup swear by it.

eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace
Ive tested it and it works fine with mem map, I went for the usb because i didnt want the hassle of bluetooth.

The mem map download is free but you have to pay rolleyes for the maps

If you're doing off-roading or bumpy green lanes invest in a SSD (solid state hard drive - bascially a giant memory stick) as normal hard drives don't last very long.

I have a tablet pc (£100 off eBay) with a USB GPS (agree with bluetooth being a pain in the arse)

Cut the dash and built a custom stand for it and it now slots in perfectly with all the maps i need ready loaded and a nice big screen to follow!
