Tensioner pully U/S HELP

Hi everyone

well my tension started rattling on the way to truckfest yesterday so called AA and they couldn't do anything so we had to run the challenge and drive the 150 miles home and she made it!!!!
Now I need some help and advice on replace belt and pulley tension any ideas guys ????

Is it the air con pulley or aux drive belt pulley?

No air con on my one mate I've got small metal shavings inside the plastic black box that is located on the left hand side of the engine block so drivers side

how big a job u recon ?

metal shavings...mmmm..if its a td4 then its probly the crank pulley delaminating.

I fink you mean L series if it's a dosel.
