temp rising after front bumper refit

hello all ive recently changed the front bumper on my 200 tdi discovery for a newish one not sure what model its off but was given it and since fitting it my landy`s warming up more than it was duw to lack of air,i took the a bar off and it improved straight away but is still not like she was,now though this 1 has a skirt and to be honest it looks feckin crap,so im wondering if i should rip the skirt and corner caps off would this be legal just to leave the main steel bar like,if so anyone got a link to a pic with 1 done please id be grateful.

Get rid of the spoiler. You can't have any sharp edges so best to trim the end caps.

cheers man i was thinking that the sharp edge thingy av to look for a new bumper me thinks i will pull the skirt off 2moz and cut caps somehow thanks
