It must be moulded/glued on, I don’t think they’re threaded on as they never don’t come loose like everything else on a Landy! ( I think TD5 levers may have a threaded knob, but not TDis and earlier ). Why is it you need to remove just the knob? The whole mechanism is very simple to remove.
