TD5 won't rev over 3000rpm

I did new adjustments and I ended to get 227.77Kpa (manifold pressure) at 100.12Kpa (ambient pressure).
This result I got with 9 threads left.

I think this is the limit I have to stop at, because the 360 000 kms on the odometer may mean that the turbo is not in perfect condition anymore.
Am I right here?
I want the perfect balance between power and avoid affecting engine lifetime.

I like how the car drives now. Will check it more days to see if nothing changes.
 
You are certainly right... i changed the turbo cartridge in mine at around 250K km and the blades were worn well also if the sensors are still the originals or more than 100K km old those can't send 100% accurate readings
 
drove the car few more days and everything looks fine.
I will order a new MAP sensor, just to forget the Inlet Air Temperature error...
Is there any possibility to avoid seeing again the EGR fault?
