Ok, I'm getting on a pace with Edith and am putting in a second fuel tank for veg-oil or as an expedition long-range tank.
I'm using a new TD5 plastic rear mounted job and was wondering will I have a problem with its built-in high-pressure (like a trillion psi) in-tank pump? Will that put too much fuel to the little old 19J? Or will the in-tank pump bugger up with the more viscous veggy oil?
If problems, then could I just bypass the built in pump, fit a regular ye olde pump, sender unit and fuel gauge?
Surely someone else has fitted a rear tank to a 90 - hopefully a wise word to a mechanical eejit will be forthcoming.
Cheers
