TD5 sometimes nt starting and then loss of power with MIL lamp on?

This is really ****ing me off now as i am nearly on the bones of my arse trying to sort this bastard of a problem. Pardon my french

Ok...so.... sometimes the pump refuses to kick in until key is turned a few times, othertimes the cycle occurs as normally but it is reluctant to turn over, but it will start eventually, and plus when im out in the vehicle at random it will all of a sudden loose power for a few seconds and the MIL lamp comes on, then it simply corrects itself and jumos back into life and goes back to normal and MIL lamp goes off ( however my traction control lamp came on aswell last time but this also went out once id turned off and restarted). I have changed the fuel pressure regualtor, (no change) and then found oil in injector harness, changed that and was fine for around 5 days then back to square 1. i have been to 3 different places and no- one can tell me what the fault is ( no faults showing on diagnostics ) WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!! :doh:

Check the main ECU earth. Take it all apart and give it a good clean. Also check the main chassis earth points as well.

I have had it to the local garage and checked all earth points and chasis etc and all is fine,
Diagnostics still not showing any faults at all, do you have any other suggestions as to what it might be as i am completly stumped now and so are the 3 garages i ahve taken it to.

like i say the problem is not constant , it comes and goes, will run fine for days and then boosh its back, struggling to start and sometimes power loss too. some people have mentioned injector seals and o rings but i am hesitant to go down that route just yet.
