I know this has been covered quite a bit, my problem is slightly different.
Starts spot on, tick over smooth as silk, as soon as you blip the throttle, tick over becomes lumpy.
No fault codes showing, replaced injector loom, and fitted egr bypass kit. Still have the problem.
She runs and pulls fine, it's just lumpy tick over.
BTW, if I switch off and restart, smooth again on tick over, until I touch the throttle.
Any ideas please.

Mm that's interesting, the guy who checked for codes (and found none) said he reset the throttle sensor, this was before new loom and egr.
I wonder if he has disturbed something.

Did that guy use a dedicated tester? ... cos his knowledge doesnt seem dedicated as there's no such thing to ''reset throttle sensor'' on a td5

IMO it's only 1 "pot" with 2 or 3 tracks and what's to be ''reset" on that as long as the ECU wasnt changed though?... and "stage'' doesnt sound like "track" to me... i'd search another mechanic who knows about td5s and has confirmed proper tester for it
