I have lost a bit of low end power
I have read loads on this site about the maf and am totaly confused
Mine is 6mts old and gives no nanocom faults it says on 740rpm 40gm
so i disconected the plug and it pulls smoother and a bit more power, is my maf broke again!

the landy isnt 6mths old the britpart maf is

patten part maf's are prone to failing and giving false info to the ecu combine that with Britpart and your asking for trouble, buy a genuinne maf about £75 should solve the problem

thanks for that .Britpart should be hanged and tortured for selling substandard goods
£75 for another maf is quite a shock !

the result is it now revs it tiny little big ends off ! brill 760 rpm 60gr
But still lost its power untill turbo kicks in ,any one know why ?

£92.70 from mattford landrover, but it now revs out
But its rubbish untill turbo comes in there is something else wrong ,nothing is showing on the nanocom
any ideas?

i did that one the other day i found out it was a problem on some on elses thread.if the sensor was at fault would it show on the nanocom

Poss not. it could be giving a lower reading. would only reg on nanocom as a fault code if the sensor packed up and caused the ECU to use a default value

You need to colect live data from nanocom, ideally under load. Find a long hill and drive up it with revs about 2500-3000rpm. Should be getting a Reading of about 220 from the map sensor

what i have seen is oil in the injector plug in bits but it hasnt tracked ,the britpart loom is only 10mts old
No nanocom fault shown

fitted new loom no good
thinking about breaking my relationship with landrover because its driving me mad!
