Ok, I've got an issue with the fueling on my disco, when the fuel tank is full it has no problems, at a level just above half and below I have to let it prime for 10 seconds or so then it starts ok, if I don't let it prime it starts no problem but then dies and needs priming with full throttle until it purges all the air. When the tank is low and it needs priming you can hear the air being bleed from the filter. I have fitted new injector seals, no difference, changed the filter a couple of times, took the pipes off filter housing and cleaned out the filter inside rear outer one and I've had the fuel pump out and cleaned the filter on bottom although it was clean anyway. When it has to be primed you can hear it siphon back into the tank when it stops if you hold your ear to the boot floor.
As I say it's fine when the tank is over half full and always runs fine. This started after I ran very low on fuel! Oh and it's a 2003. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
