hoping someone can help i have a 99 t reg discovery td5 and sometimes it wont start hot or cold symptoms are runs fine when starts but when it wont the pump does not get power and coolant gage gos up to blue cold then drops right down and engine just turns over if u turn ignition off and on fast a few times it seams to go could this be a bcu or ecu faut? hope someone can help thanks
