Hi, I'm going to say no because I believe there is a difference with the fuel return system. It's the extra pipe on the FPR on the 15P.

I think it is possible but there are a few differences.
The injectors are different
The camshaft is different
The cam followers are different
The pressure regulator is different as landmark mentions above.
Best to do a few Google's and try to find someone who has done it.
