TD5 90 won't run

hi all.

Wondered if you could help?

Have a TD5 90. Year 1999 and this morning have developed a misfire. It will just about run but with the misfire. But has no power on the road.

Have checked the engine plug to the injectors and this is clean and dry. However I removed the fuel filter and flicked the ignition on to try and check the fuel pump and flow. But have no flow with the ignition on. This doesn't sound right.

Could someone point me in the right direction please?

Best to get googling as it wont be a one off fault, but logical things to check are power to in tank pump, if power present recheck it with a 21 watt bulb to make sure its not a wiring fault, if no power its off to the fuse/relay board, cant help from there as I dont own one.
