Can any one help I was driving home and my lights on fash came on the abs t/c and hill descent is on and I don't know why??? any ideas please

You may be better off posting this in the discovery section , using the disco 2 prefix. This has been discussed a lot, and having a diagnostics unit on it is a good idea.

Yep, you have what's known as the "3 Amigos".
There are a few known causes for it happening, usually it's either a faulty wheel hub or the ABS sensor in the hub or it can be caused by a wiring fault on the Shuttle Valve Switches in the ABS modulator.
The only sure-fire way of finding out exactly what is to read the fault codes with a compatible code reader.
There is a modification that can be done to the Shuttle Valve Switch plate, and because it can often be done without costing more than a couple of hours work and some bits of wire, I do advise that be done if you don't have a code reader. If that was the fault, then all is OK, if it wasn't then there's nothing lost and it won't do any damage if it's done properly.
So, get the codes read first.

OK I had them last time and I had to put new calipers thanks I need to get it back in the the garage again

OK thanks I had to put new calapers last year in December. And they went off but now back on I need to put it back in a garage again thank you for ur help

calipers wont have any effect on the three amigoes
May I suggest you find someone with a code reader to read the codes only then will you get a true insight as to the possible causes. Working without a code reader is not the finest move and if you are thinking of running the disco regularly a code reader will be invaluable.
The fixes are straightforward and well documented on the forum and you tube.

The three amigos have today appeared on my Discovery 2 TD5. I've searched this forum and I'll try the shuttle valve wiring option first (as I'll need to take it to a garage to get the code read). What I haven't been able to find out is whether the truck is likely okay to drive, for short distances on the road, until I can have a go at the wiring this weekend. Can someone advise please? From what I have read it appears likely to be a possible sensor or wiring glitch.

You can drive it without fear just be aware that the ABS system has the functions disabled that's all so the braking distance might be a bit increased due to lack of EBD cos i dont think that there are conditions for the ABS or TC to kick in on hot roads
