Can anyone tell me if the air filters and oil filters are the same for the td5 10p and 15p engines?

Yes, they are the same.
I get mine from somebody like "JGS 4x4" who also trade on the bay. A service kit including air, oil, fuel and rotor filter and a new copper washer for the sump plug is usually about 12-16 quid depending on quality.
If you change your filters regularly, say, every year then how they last shouldn't become an issue.
