td4 will not rev

Hi can anyone help please I have a td4 freelander auto been off road now for a long time had problems with and now after changing a lot of things it now runs but will not rev over about 1500 revs it just cuts out like you have turned the key off but you can start it up again straight away and it will sit there ticking over all day . I have already changed all the pumps including hi pressure pump cam shaft /crank shaft sensors all injectors .please please can anyone help . Thanks Ian

Right.... It's the pump for the hot wax hair care coupled with the heated rollers. You must turn those off whilst on the move in order to give you more available power to the engine!

Ahem, perhaps the fuel pump is on its way out? When my Disco 2's pump was dying she wouldn't go past 3000 rpm...until the pump died and then nowt
