TD4 Twin Pipes?

Does anyone know why some TD4's have two exhaust end pipes and some only have one ? Its really been bugging me.

Depends on model year, early had twin pipes, all replacemnt LR back boxes have the single pipe.

My 2001 delivered jan 9th 2001 (thus manufactured/assembled end 2000) has two.

My 2003 td4 had two - not sure where we are going wiv this now. I really want ter know the answer. I checked Rave (2001 >) un the TD4 shows twin...petrol shows single.

Now are we sure that some TD4 have single - or wos that the 2.0l D ?

My 2003 has two.

my 2006 has one big ass one

Sounds like it was a bit of a pick and mix then at the LR factory, or there are still old (new) stuff still in the warehouses.
