Td4 Turbo hose / oil leak

60k miles. Flexi hose split and noticed slight engine oil contamination on hoses. Wondering what to do about this (other than replacing the leaky hoses). Any advice please?

its usual to have contamination, as long as it is more gungy than fresh wet oil! replace the hose and happy away!

Hi,
You should check to see if the crankcase breather oil separator has been replaced. Do a search on "crankcase breather" and you will find the info. you require. If you look on the RAVE CD and look for Depression Limiter Valve associated with the Emission control, you will find out how it works.
I changed mine and cleaned the EGR valve (at 60K miles) and the oil contamination was reduced. Be prepared for 'information overload' though!
