this is a familiar tale, the one where the hero, my TD4, has all his superpowers removed in much the same manner as kryptonite effects the 'man of steel'. Yes, it's at 70mph, and yes, it's at approx 3000rpm. (Wake up at the back there,) So, you all know the story so all I'm going to do is list the stuff I've done to remove the problem.
EGR blanked - new silicone hoses - BMW cyclone filter thingy - turbo solenoid switch - the filter that hangs down the back of the engine, changed - new MAF and ronbox 2a fitted - under bonnet fuel pump changed - in tank fuel pump changed - full service including filters - fuel lines flushed with TEC 4 which is, apparently, where to old Forte guys now work their magic.
This about covers everything I've been advised to do and it's made no difference whatsoever, so, Gentlemen and Ladies, I throw myself upon your tender ministrations!
