td4 not running right

my td4 is not running right as if running on 3 piston and also the inlet manifold is blowing on number one piston and has melted part on the manifoid . have changed the loom in the injectors and also the manifold but it has done the same again . anybody help thanks joebow

if the fannymould is holled it won't run right as it is drawing un metered air (ie the engine managment doesn't know it is getting it) so will run lean on the cylinder connected to that inlet runner
