Hey guys.
I own an '02 Freelander TD4. Unfortunately the great spring flood that wiped Serbia clean also managed to wet my Landy , he was under the water for 5 days
.
I have managed to repair almost everything, however the ECU is giving me troubles. ECU was repaired, it worked fine, then all of the sudden throttle pedal stopped working. I have checked all leads and wires, resistance on the sensor itself and it seems the ECU is actually to blame since everything before it works well.
I have found a good deal for the ECU, immobilizer and the key and my question is do I need anything else.
So the idea is to get parts for the DIY "plug'n'play", so if I get ECU, immobilizer and the key will that be enough to just switch around on my car and avoid going to the service garage?
