TD4 Glow plug light not coming on at startup

The Glow Plug light on my TD4 was coming on when starting but started to come on for shorter times and has stopped coming on all together.

It starts first time, so what are peoples thoughts - new bulb, fuse, glow plugs?

It won't come on if the outside temperature is fairly warm.

wouldn't worry too much if it's starting ok. usually only see mine in the depths of winter, never see it at all in the summer months.
