TD4 Fluttering Noise >3500rpm

I've recently noticed a fluttering noise when my revs go over 3500rpm (I know, I know, it isn't good to thrash a hippo!). Hard to describe really, but it only comes in when you wind it up.

Do doosals have somekind of pressure relief valve on their turbo's? Could this be what I'm hearing? Any suggestions?

Most likley be the wastegate chattering.

Thanks Ron, I thought it might be something like that. I know a tiny bit about Petrol engine turbos, but need to read up on how the diesel system works.
