Freelander 1 TD4 auto P1110 - Boost Air Temp Sensor Fault

Hi All,
I assume the boost air temp sensor is the one in the hose from intercooler to the plastic manifold that feeds the EGR & intake ?

Cannot clear the fault using iCarsoft i930, and have cleaned the connector. Data stream shows intake air temp as 11degC so about right for the weather.

Ideas ?

Yes, it's the sensor at when front of the engine, in the boost pipe.

Have you measured the resistance of the sensor? If it's open circuit, then you'll get a code.
The air intake temperature is derived from the MAF, which is a different sensor altogether.

Will measure the resistance today. Edit Where is the MAF located ? was being dumb . .it's on the end of the airbox to turbo !!
