TD4 2002 fuel filter change help?

hi all

have any of you good folks carried out the fuel filter change on your TD4? i have a freelander 2002 2.0TD4, im going to try and do as much as i can myself, and next on the to do lists is the fuel filter, and i wouldnt mind your advise and experience, is it a pretty straight forward job, and did you experience any difficulties, if so, how did you get by them?

Im presuming its in the engine bay, Some are under the rear floor

Problem 1, getting housing off - Back ache and fiddly
Problem 2 unscrewing filter from plastic housing - Never got it off so put it back, some say remove and soak housing in wd40 and soak over night, This is my next plan
Problem 3 getting it clipped back in place - see problem 1 and times by 10
