Hi All,
I have bought a 2004 Freelander and recently the rear window regulator cables broke and got caught up in the motor - Teh window got stuck in the down position. I have purchased new regulators, checked the motor and installed.
The issue I have is that the motor makes the correct 'whining noise' when opening the tailgate but doesn't seem to engage the cables. The white spring/ratchet on the cable is completely closed - Anyone know what I have missed or what I could try to remedy?
