Tail-gate window electrical contact

Whilst putting new runners on the tail one of the window heating contacts came unstuck from the window,
see left-hand contact on photo.
Question: is there an electrical contacting glue I could use to stick contact to glass or any other work around?

Could emery board the contact strips on the glass and solder a fresh point to use. There are silver paste from car shops for the heating elements but that's not strong enough.

If you're good with a soldering iron, and you have a beefy one, then it's possible to solder the contract back on to the glass.

I did it, and it worked perfectly for a long as I had the vehicle.

Nodge, thanks for reply. Nothing to lose by trying soldering. It looks as though that was done originally
