Hi again everybody dont know if this has been covered before but if i give the rangie a bit gtoo much bollocks in the snow all it does is lock the back wheels totally up until i stop and let it move off slowly is this normal traction control or something more serious know 1 of you wise men in here will know by the way its a 96 4.6
Cheers Alan

stopped a guy in a volvo pulled at the side of me and said wheels were locked like hand brake was on also it loose control on back wheels just goes sideways
Cheers Alan

i'm pretty sure theres no diff lock on these cars and it is possible for it to just run one wheel, the tc should only run for a minute or so then it will need to cool, usually a msg comes up in the console.

i think its operating normally. i was pulling a car the other day and it kep moving drive to different wheels.

i aint no expert tho!!! and could be well wrong!!! ive not has an occaision yet where the car wouldnt move through the snow but ive not watch the wheels as such!

Cheers gav if i let wheels stop spinning it starts to drive again doesnt seem to do it in low range maybe its me trying to push it too hard havent been stuck in snow just sideways a few times
Cheers Alan
