T/Box chassis monting - which way is it?

Fitting a right hand mounting to the t/box, any one know whether the bias is to the back or front.? There's an inch difference in the position of the chassis bolt depending on which way round it goes.
Ta:)
 
I now think that it doesn't matter as the mount is strained due to the weight of the transmission on it and needs a new one. (its not getting one)
