IRD requires 75w90 GL5 and rear diff 80w90 GL5,

Anyone put this comma in both?

Both are SAE90 okay... now do you understand what the 'w' means?

I think that's the one I put in me ird many times.
I also bought the correct comma version for the rear diff.

It'll be fine in both. Although LR specify a full synth for the IRD
However if you change it at 2 yearly intervals, it'll be fine
