Oy Adz, did yer do yer swivels? Was it easy? You reckon I'll copewith it?Wanna git mine done before me MOT in a couple of months..
one shots pretty good but to be fair if the seals are worn (or are the balls just pitted? ) it would probably be a good idea to do em anyway , just so you can check the bearings and re set the pre load.
remember though , use new locking washers for the hub nuts. i re used an old one on mine and it sheered and locked up my front wheel on the a21 , i was doing 50 ish, scary biscuits.![]()
no real special tools required , a hub spanner and spring scales for the pre load (fishing weighing thingy) and a 12 point socket for the callipers.
half a days work if you ain't done it before.
? I do wanna have a go at changin the seals cos I wanna take it all apart to see how it works!
