you can press the bush out or drill the rubber and hacksaw the outer steel tube then knock it out with a chisel, you need to undo the other end first to remove the arm 3 x 17mm headed nuts /bolts
We tried pressing them out with a 6 ton press and they wouldn't budge so ig I'm gonna be getting the chisel out thank hopefully I can get them replaced this weekend I will let you know when I get them replaced maybe it will fix it

once you split the outer sleeve in one or two places it will hammer out easy

The O/P said that he had checked the bushes and there was no noticeable play

In post 173, I suggested that the bush checking technique of the inexperienced was often poor. And suggested a crowbar! ;)

That was in response to your statement that he had checked the bushes, and there was no problem.

Does the USA have an equivalent to the annual MOT here?
Kind of makes me think they don't given the vid evidence.

My suggestion to do all bushes is the way forward because it appears they have been neglected or not checked correctly, same difference anyway.

New bushes all round, do it once do it right.:)

Easy for me to suggest changing bushes from the comfort of my armchair but in most instances a bit of extra investment and graft is considerably more acceptable than just inanely pursuing which particular part is/was the issue. Call it stage 0 tuning, a clean slate.
Now when something actually goes bang you can coast to a halt in style and safety, not to mention recouping your costs as you shred less tyres:D

Good outcome.
