Have slowly added the things that enable me to push the TD5 90 a bit harder,snorkel/diff guards etc..and also 255 BFG Mud Terrains ( these are the absolute dogs bollox if anyone is thinking about getting them)..but the slightly bigger tyres has given me less articulation ,especially at the back. Now my mechanic skills are not great so can anyone suggest some suspension kit options for me that are relatively easy to fit( a web site would be good).
Are there are any that are adjustable once on the car- dont laugh- but I also use my landy to drive to the station in the morning and whatever I raise the suspension by- I will have to cut the snorkel down by to still get in the car park!

you could try Ogden air suspension, but i'm not sure about the price. With this one you can even lower the vehicle right down on to the bump stops to get in to things like multistory carparks. one thing though i am not sure whether you can fit it, they might have to fit the kit. if you want to have a look at the different choices order a back copy of Land Rover Monthly september 2003, they had a good article on all of the different suspenion options you could choose.

now that would be rather funny. lower the landy onto its bumpstops, enter the multistorey car park.
come back and the landy decides to raise itself! and wont go down again!

id pay good money to see that.

that would be funny. you'd have to slash the air bags with a knife to get out of the car park, or unplug the compressor....hmmm....which one would i do...

I somehow knew that would answer would get posted. Thanks Slob for reinforcing my faith in a good old sarcastic british pish take.
I've already bent up the overheard bar to make room though...but the reinforced concrete beams are going to take some work with an angle grinder.

i was thinking you could take off the wheels and drive out on the brake roters. would be interesting to watch or you couls drive over the over head bar, get out the ole waffles and bridging ladders. could be a new challenge for the next G4 challenge, get out of the multistorey with out going under the barrier, or round it.

just what is a brake roter??

not really..a rotor is like wot you get on a helicopter
i have no idea wot a roter is
and a break rotor would be something used to break a rotor on a helicopter

well **** me!! you got it from the internet it must be true then. i'll send a memo to all garages, workshops and spare suppliers to inform them that as of now ( because google says so) we will be refering to brake discs as rotors and while we're at it we can change bonnet for hood, boot for trunk, and wing for fender. So will we be having tires aswell or can we keep on using tyres for a while?
as i said this is wheresdildo747 or another septic clone.
