Suspension help needed!

Hey, I want to reduce my already lifted 90 from a 2-3 inch lift to a 1inch lift. It has +2-3 inch springs, +2 inch damper mounts and +5 inch OME dampers. I would like to change as little as possible and wondered if I could just get away with changing the springs. I’m new to defender modifying and don’t really know where to start! Thanks, Fergus

The limiting factor is the amount of travel on the dampers. If they're comfortable when the axle is against the bump stops, and not bottoming, you should be fine to leave them as the are. So you may get away with just changing the springs.
