Ive been asked where the best place is to get a suspension harness from for a 2001 td5 . either new or second hand . part no RQM 100012 can anybody help ?

I've just checked this part number on various sites and nothing came up.

Do you know what it is, because I have a TD5 2002 and the description "suspension harness" doesn't ring any bells???
