Just taking the leaky bag off my car ready for the new one when it arrives, but I can't figure out how to remove the feed pipe on the top, never done this before, so go easy on me! :)
Can anyone tell me how this pipe comes off? It's not a nut.

Yeah, that's the guide I'm following, but I'm not sure how I get the pipe off the top. It's not a spanner job... It's more like a push fit, but I'm not sure.

Just out of curiosity, the bag I've just removed has a Dunlop label on it showing week 12/11, can I take it that this indicates that the bag was manufactured in March 2011?

Hmm, I can't seem to find any leaks in the bag, but it does fold over itself quite a lot at first, so it could be in the roll over folds.

A couple of questions if I may. The new bags have arrived, and I've placed one in position, but...

1. The new clips seems really loose and liable to fall off at the first bump. Are they meant to be that loose?
2. I have three "holes" for the two small posts at the top of the bag to go in to. One at the rear, and two at the front. I've fitted the rear post, that's easy as there's only one hole, and I've put the front post in to the hole nearest the side of the car. I assume this is right, as the small posts are not directly opposite each other on top of the bag.

I'd rather ask stupid questions than make bad assumptions :)

OK, so the bags are replaced, and I've just checked the SLS height values on the Nanocom, and I've got Left 161 and Right 140
Can anyone tell if there is a default value for these?

No there is not,

Have you physically checked the hieght from the wheel ctr to the underside of the wheelarch?

Mine are 147 / 152 Left to Right.

Cheers

Thanks Neilly, no, I haven't measured just yet, but I'll go and find some level ground and set them both to about 150 each side.
