super wide wheels need arches

Hi I'm new to this, be gentle with me! I've got a 90 defender 300Tdi on seriously wide wheels 31x15.5 15 they only stick out past edge of wings 9" can any one tell me how to go about getting arches to suit? IT's on a limited use tax disc so does not have to see any one to do with vosa!

only on the outside though...ffs.. he must drive on roman roads only...
