They come up on ebay quite often, and I saw new one for sale at a Land Rover parts supplier not long ago for a very reasonable price, unfortunately I can't remember what supplier it was now.
 
Freelander 1?
I am soon sending one to get crushed.
In Ruislip.
I have no idea how good the subframe is.
